“Courtney I want to take this opportunity to thank you. When I first moved here I was ending a marriage, moving back to so. cal after being gone for 10 yrs. And moving to a place I only knew family. I was not in a good place, and I was not taking care of myself. That woman would never have even considered entering such a competition. Through this journey I have grown stronger in so many more ways…than just physically. As I learnd how th push my self in the studio it filterd out into every aspect in my life. There were days when working out was the only reason I got out of bed in the morning. Then it became going up a step, a heavier weight, and so it went in my personal life. I did not do this alone, because the environment you have created at FnF has attracted such an amazing group of women, I gained a support system. I have met some of the most amazing, women I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. We encourage eachother in the studio, notice when someones is absent and praise eachothers accomplishments. I am lucky to call them friends. Women will tear eachother down so easily espically in a large group but somehow you have made that unacceptable within the studio walls. My epirence at FnF has changed me mentaly and physically and has opend so many new oppertuinitys for me. The term life changing sounds cheesey but it’s the only word that seems to fit.
